SHOP FOR PRODUCTS

While browsing through ‘Shop for Products’, you can view all your favourite merchandise and other options to shop. Products displayed on shop depend on the delivery destination selected. Default delivery destination is based on your location; please ensure to have the right delivery country selected. After you have added products to the Shopping cart, click on Checkout button to adjust quantities, to select your preferred Miles-Plus-Cash combination or to delete unwanted rewards. After finalizing the payment details, click the Buy now button to submit your order.

  • You will receive an order confirmation by email immediately after placing the order
  • Review the contents of your order and make sure your delivery address is complete and correct
  • Immediately inform the Reward Merchant delivering your reward in case of any discrepancies
  • For all questions related to the delivery of your order, please contact the merchant

Yes, you will need to use your Royal Orchid Plus member login credentials to shop for products.

You can check the status of all your orders under "My Transactions" tab post you login. Once logged in, click on “My rewards” -> “My transactions” page where you will find the "Rewards transactions" tab.

Please check specific policies under "Merchant Details" for respective merchants and "Rules & Restrictions" for each specific product. Please note that the delivery of certain products may involve custom, VAT or other charges, depending upon the shipping destination and the custom authorities of the destination country. Members might have to additionally pay these charges to receive the delivery.

Generally, orders cannot be cancelled after the submission of your order, however please note that return policies may vary between merchants and reward-specific terms & conditions may apply. In case of questions, please contact the respective merchant at the number stated in your order confirmation. In case order cancellations are possible, please always contact the merchant directly to cancel the order. Only in this case your miles will be refunded to your Royal Orchid Plus account. Additionally, please be advised that voucher orders/redemptions cannot be cancelled once placed and are not replaceable if lost, stolen, destroyed or expired.

For all transactions where you use cash (credit or debit card), you will be able earn miles. These miles will be credited instantly in your Royal Orchid Plus account.

On the product details page, you will notice a slider indicating how many miles and cash is required for payment. Just below this slider, you will notice the number of miles you will earn based on the cash amount selected in the slider.

For all "miles & cash" orders on the shop you can pay with Visa or Mastercard. We use 3-D Secure Services (i.e. verified by Visa, Mastercard SecureCode) from our payment gateway provider (‘Wirecard’) to process your online payment.

You can choose to pay for your purchase using one of the following currencies-

Australian Dollar(AUD), British Pound(GBP), China Yuan Renminbi(CNY), Danish Krone(DKK), Euro(EUR), Hong Kong Dollars(HKD), Japan Yen(JPY), Malaysia Ringgits(MYR), New Zealand Dollars(NZD), Norwegian Krone(NOK), Singapore Dollars(SGD), South Korea Won(KRW), Swedish Krona(SEK), Swiss Francs(CHF), Taiwan New Dollars(TWD), Thailand Baht(THB), US Dollar(USD) & your credit card will be charged accordingly. For your convenience, you can set a display currency on the shop which will make the purchase price for all rewards appear in your preferred currency, calculated at the current applicable currency exchange rate (provided by www.xe.com).

Retail and miles prices for rewards offered on the shop may vary according to the selected delivery destination. All prices are calculated daily and depends on respective currency exchange rates (provided by www.xe.com).

SHOP WITH PARTNERS

“Shop with partners” include multiple online shopping partners where you can earn and spend miles. Broadly classified as Affiliate and PointsPay partners, you can do a cash-only purchase on Affiliate partners. While with PointsPay partners, you can use cash, miles or a combination of both to make your purchase. On the cash portion, you will earn miles. Should you decide to use full miles or a combination of miles & cash, the required miles will be deducted from your Royal Orchid Plus account.

On the top navigation, simply click on “Shop with Partners” and select your preferred shopping category under “Shop by Category” menu. You will see all participating partners based on your preference and Shipping Country.

Please check the filter for “PointsPay” to see PointsPay partners on the platform.

PointsPay is a payment method which enables members of Royal Orchid plus to make payments on participating online shops. With PointsPay partners, a check out option is enabled in the payment process where you can login with your Royal Orchid Plus account and complete your purchase either with full cash, full miles or combination of miles & cash. You will earn/spend miles basis your selection.

Your miles will take up to 90 days from the date of purchase to be credited into your account. You will not earn miles if you cancel your order or make a refund.

  • Browse and shop as usual in any participating online partners.
  • Choose PointsPay as your payment method when finalizing your order.
  • You will then be re-directed to the PointsPay website. You must log in with your Royal Orchid Plus account credentials, and choose whether to pay with miles only, miles + cash, or cash only. Whenever you spend any cash, you will earn miles on the cash component.
  • Once you confirm your transaction, you will be returned to the partner website.

Yes, if you do not have sufficient miles in your Royal Orchid Plus account you can opt to pay part of the amount in cash using your payment card and part of the amount using your miles. Or you can pay entirely with your payment card. You will earn miles on any cash component you spend.

Yes. You can earn miles within PointsPay when making part or all of your purchase using your payment card. The number of miles that you will earn via PointsPay will be clearly indicated. The rate of earning miles will vary from one online partner to another.

The number of miles required for your purchase will be clearly displayed on the checkout page logging-in.

If you require a refund, you must contact the online shop partner directly from where you made the purchase. In case your transaction involved miles, once the partner issues the refund, your Royal Orchid Plus account will be credited with miles. In case a part/or full purchase was using a payment card, cash will also be refunded as applicable.

Please note that the online shop partner may deduct any applicable service fee at the time of refund.

You should receive the refund into your card/account within 2 to 7 business days from the date of the refund being executed by the respective online shop partner.

Please write an e-mail to support@pointspay.com and share the details of your issue, ideally including screenshot(s) with the email message. Please also include details of the online shop, the payment amount, your Royal Orchid Plus ID, and any other relevant details.

If you find that a link or store site doesn't work, it is likely that you have a piece of software controlling the sites you can visit. To solve this problem:

  • Please disable your Ad-Blocking/Popup Blocking/Cookie Blocking software (you might need to close your browser and re-start after you switch off your blocking software).
  • If you are using Internet Explorer 6 or another browser, which has a privacy setting, set the privacy setting to low.
  • If you have Zone Alarm Pro or Norton Internet security, these products have ad-blocking and cookie- blocking features. You do not need to disable your firewall, just disable the cookie-blocking and ad- blocking feature for this website.

No personal identifiable data is passed to the partners when you click to their site. We only pass a unique numerical tracking value that does not allow a partner site to identify any personal and/or program related member profiling, but does allow us to correctly award you miles on your qualifying purchases.

You can still do a transaction on any affiliate partner website as Non-ROP customer, by just providing your relevant email-address and proceeding to the partner website. Please note that there will be no miles credited against the transactions done as Non-ROP. Hence, we encourage you to register for the program and then attempt the transaction after logging-in to avail the ROP exclusive benefits.

MILES SERVICES

Buy Miles is a service that lets you buy Royal Orchid Plus miles for a fee. These miles will be added to your existing miles balance and can be used to redeem/purchase flight tickets, seat upgrades, products, etc.

Buy miles is available to all eligible members of Royal Orchid Plus. Since this is a product that involves payment, the member will have to be of 18 years of age or older.

A minimum of 1,000 miles can be purchased in a single transaction.

You can buy maximum 100,000 miles in one year.

Members can buy miles as often as they want as long as they buy within the maximum buy limit of the calendar year.

You may select the number of miles that you wish to buy from the miles selector drop-down.

There is a fee associated with every purchase. You can see the applicable buy fees in the miles selection drop down against the miles value.

The fee for Buy Miles transaction can be paid via any payment (credit/debit/prepaid) card. Cards accepted include MasterCard and VISA.

Additional card processing fees may be charged by your financial institution depending on your country and currency. Please contact your financial institution if you have any queries.

You can check the status of your orders in the “My Transactions” section of your program account.

Miles will be credited to your account immediately after a successful transaction. If additional order authorization is required then miles will be credited to your account within 3 business days.

You cannot request a refund as miles bought and buy fees paid are non-refundable.

Buy Miles may not be used to achieve an elite member qualification/status.
